Refunds and Cancellations Policy

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy is in addition to the Terms & Conditions of sales through this website and relates specifically to bookings for the RZIM Zacharias Trust Summer School. Your statutory rights are not affected by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Our Refunds & Cancellation Policy is repeated in the confirmation email issued after the booking process has been completed.

Confirmed Booking
Your online reservation does not secure your place on the Summer School until the deposit has been paid and the money received into our account. We will hold your reservation for the 7-day statutory period, after which, and if payment of deposit has not yet been received, we will release your reservation.

Refund of Deposit

The deposit is non-refundable after the statutory 7-day cooling-off period (described in the Statutory Rights section of our Terms and Conditions) unless we can fill the place with another delegate reservation, in which case a £50 administration fee will be retained and all accounts will be settled shortly after the Summer School event (9-July-2010).

Late Payment of Remaining Balances
Delegates are required to pay the full amount owed by 1-May-2010. Failure to pay the remaining balance by 1-May-2010 will result in the following: 1) Your non-refundable deposit will be retained by RZIM Zacharias Trust to cover our administration costs, and 2) Your place will be cancelled and that space will be released for those on the waiting list.

Refund of Remaining Balance

Delegates who have paid the full amount will be entitled to a refund of the full amount less the non-refundable deposit if they cancel before 1-May-2010.

Exceptional Circumstances
Delegates will not be entitled to a refund if they cancel after 1-May-2010, unless there are exceptional circumstances, these circumstances will need to be presented to RZIM Zacharias Trust in writing.
